What actually comes past in Drechtsteden

What came past in Drechtsteden, counted from our own feed logs.

New listings per week

not fetched yet

Counted from our own feed logs. Not estimated.

New listings per week

Every advert that appeared in a feed for the first time. A provider's initial load does not count. Otherwise the first week would show a spike that never happened.

What fits your budget

The spread across rent bands. This is the number that matters most if you are looking: not how much there is, but how much there is for you.

By district

Only neighbourhoods with at least five observations. Below that an average is not an average but coincidence with a decimal after it. The area grows as providers are added, so this table is never finished.

By municipality

Only areas with at least three observations.

By number of rooms

What one more room costs, in this area, in this period.

How long listings stay open

From the moment an advert starts accepting applications to the moment it closes. This number is the reason this service exists.

What is not here No advert copy, no photos and no addresses. Only counts and averages from public listings. That is the limit we set ourselves, and at the same time the limit database rights set for us.
