Your listings, in front of people waiting for them
OpenSein helps rental seekers as a digital rental search agent, using public listings, digital guidance and preparation. We bring your listings to their attention and direct them to the source. Rental seekers register and respond themselves. You decide eligibility, assessment, viewings and letting.
What you get
Guaranteed inclusion of your feed, reliable delivery, and a visible label on your placements. Plus insight into how fast your listings go compared with the regional average.
What you do not get
Priority. Paid placements never arrive earlier or rank higher than anything else. We sell visibility and reliability, not time. That is not negotiable, and it is precisely why searchers trust us.
What we ask of you
A reachable feed or page, and the understanding that we only show title, features and a deep link. We do not reproduce advert copy or photos.
The three conditions
These are fixed, even if a larger party joins. Without all three, “independent of the providers” becomes a half-truth, and that is the only real capital this brand has.
| Visibly labelled | Every paid placement carries the label “paid placement”, in every view and on every channel. |
| Never priority | Not in order, not in timing, not in which channel goes first. There is no technical means to do it. |
| No exclusivity | We do not enter into any agreement that shuts out competing listings. |
Connecting your source
Send us an email with the source of your free-sector or mid-market listings: a feed, an API, or simply the listings page. We will assess whether we can read it politely (respecting robots.txt and at a calm frequency) and come back to you with what is possible.
What it costs your server: at most one request every twenty to thirty seconds at a busy moment, usually far less. Across all providers together that is requests per day, counted on the status page.
Would rather not be in the feed
That is fine. One email is enough and we take your source out as soon as we can, without argument and without a counter-offer. We only read what is publicly accessible, but “allowed” and “welcome” are two different things.
At OpenSein, introduction means discovering public rental listings through an alert. We do not introduce rental seekers to you on their behalf or take over their response. Our selection follows the chosen area and available plan filters. Providers remain responsible for their current information and allocation.
