Is your search switched on for your whole term, without a pause and with a confirmed channel for your alerts? If no alert at all arrives, your pass runs on for the same period free of charge. If something does arrive, it stops on the day you bought.

Email us the reason. You get your money or the remainder back. That is how the terms put it.
It ends when you have a home, not when we happen to notice. Whatever days are left you may give to someone still searching.

New passes stop automatically after the paid term. If you have an older pass that renews automatically, you can turn off renewal in your account.
