The same alert, in the same second as everyone else. Not earlier, but from all connected providers, with filters on rent, rooms and size so that only what fits comes through. A search pass ends as soon as you have a home; there is a button for that.

Why am I getting nothing
Free is a few sources per area, unfiltered. A tight filter or a small area means little comes through. Missed homes shows what passed by without reaching you.
